I did this today as a brush creation exercise, but decided to finish it enough to post it. I used the plastic wrap filter on it, you can really achieve depth very quickly with that!

And if you look closely at the bottom left, there's a dude freaking out! ..hence, "Bad Day"

Done entirely in photoshop, about 2 hrs.
