The title means separation or tearing apart in Latin. This was a pretty complete sketch before scanned in and colored in photoshop.
The meanings of most of my personal work come to me AFTER I finish them....the whole process before that is exploring, and trying to 'find' something within the chaos.
So in this piece, the female character appears to be separating from the dominant male figure..he seems too uptight, so good for her!
